We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for closed-toe shoes.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, ALDO products are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
