At ALDO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is unworn and in its original packaging.

Start Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest order tracker to initiate your return request and receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items back into their original shoe box or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container.

Drop Off Package

Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or ALDO retail store.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
